    I ordered some stickers through Aura Print and have received nothing but problems with one set of them. They were very pixelated when printed, and whilst I understand this can be down to artwork, I can't believe as a printing company they don't do any form of quality check and were happy to send the stickers out in the state they were received in.

    To get this situation resolved I contacted their customer service department and spoke to Dave Bowling, who was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I had to chase up every email I had sent just to get a response. I was told I would get a call back and never did.

    Now six weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received a satisfactory order, despite providing artwork which has been confirmed to be fine.

    Unprofessional, rude and could not care less about the service they provide.

    Since leaving this review I was contacted by the MD Liam. Liam couldn't have been any more of the opposite of the service I had previously received.

    Liam offered a resolution to the above issue and couldn't have been more understanding or helpful. I would certainly consider using Aura Print again in the future from the way this has been dealt with since this review.

    Aura produced 2 x roller banners for me in 24hrs. Fantastic quality and a lower price than other companies offer. I Would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

    I ordered 2 banners from Aura Print for my dj business. One for on the front of my booth and the other for outdoor public events to put on railings etc. Their website allows you to enter custom sizes of the banner to suit your needs. My booth is 4ft wide so I entered 4ft by 1ft in the appropriate boxes and it gave me the size I wanted at a low price. They sent my banners out by next day delivery and they came super quick. The quality was exceptional and I will be ordering with them again infact i'm designing a new banner now! They also have a thick hem on the banners which is extremely important as they increase the strength of the banner and prolong the life of the banner when used outdoors.

Package returnsReturns 

Damaged/Faulty Goods

If the packaging of a product looks to be damaged, please sign for it as such. This allows us to claim damages from the courier company if the product inside is actually damaged. If your product is damaged in transit please take some photographs of the products (not just the box)and email them to [email protected] along with your order number. If we can see that all of the contents are damaged, we will reprint and resend the full order. If a portion of the order is undamaged, we will reprint and resend enough to cover the damaged items only. You have 30 days to report faulty goods.

Wrong Product 

If you open the packaging and find that you've received the wrong product, or the correct product with the wrong artwork printed on it please take some photographs of the products (not just the box)and email them to [email protected] along with your order number. Once we have worked out what has gone wrong, we will either collect the item from you or simply ask that you throw the item away. Your correct order will be located and delivered to you asap, or a new order will be printed and sent out free of charge. 

Unwanted Goods

Due to the nature of print we cannot re-sell printed matter, so please make sure you really want the print before you order, and also that no one else in your family/company are ordering the same thing from elsewhere. If you receive your items and no longer want them you have 14 days to let us know.

Quality Issues 

If you are unhappy with the print in any way please take some photographs of the products (not just the box)and email them to [email protected] along with your order number and a description of what is wrong with the print. We will investigate the situation further and work out what has happened, and what can be done about it. Once we have a solution we will contact you and take matters from there.
