    I ordered 2 banners from Aura Print for my dj business. One for on the front of my booth and the other for outdoor public events to put on railings etc. Their website allows you to enter custom sizes of the banner to suit your needs. My booth is 4ft wide so I entered 4ft by 1ft in the appropriate boxes and it gave me the size I wanted at a low price. They sent my banners out by next day delivery and they came super quick. The quality was exceptional and I will be ordering with them again infact i'm designing a new banner now! They also have a thick hem on the banners which is extremely important as they increase the strength of the banner and prolong the life of the banner when used outdoors.

As standard, our packages are all delivered using next working day (Mon-Fri) courier services from either Parcelforce, DPD or TNT, depending on the product. All of our products are securely packaged to reach you in perfect condition. Our courier companies collect from out premises from 3pm onwards, and shortly after you will receive an email with the tracking information for your parcel. This consists of the name of the courier who's delivering your parcel and the tracking code.

Each of these sites will give you the current status of your package. 

Can I Specify a Time for a Regular Next Day Delivery? 

Unfortunately, due to the way that couriers work, you cannot specify a time for a regular next day delivery as the routes that the driver takes are not planned until the morning when the packages are loaded, and it is the route that dictates the times of each delivery. Most parcels are delivered next day anywhere between 8am and 6pm, although DPD will give you an approximate time window based on the driver's current location. 

What About Early or Saturday Deliveries? 

We can ship parcels with specific early delivery times, or arrange a Saturday delivery (most deliveries are Mon-Fri only). These extra service include: 

Pre 9am

Pre 10am

Pre Noon

Saturday Delivery (usually before 1pm) 

Each of these service incurs an extra charge that depends on the carrier being used and the service required, so you will need to contact us beforehand to find out and pay the extra cost. 

Do I Need To Be In To Receive A Package? 

Parcelforce require your signature in ALL cases, but DPD will leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbour, as long as you let us know when you place the order. 

What If I'm Not In? 

Parcelforce will leave you a card and then take your package to a local post office or collection depot. You'll need some photo I.D. when you go to pick the package up. All the info you need will be on the card that they put through your letterbox. DPD will keep the package and try to deliver the next day. If you want to choose the day that they will try to deliver, you can do this via the DPD website as long as you have your parcel tracking information.
