    I ordered 2 banners from Aura Print for my dj business. One for on the front of my booth and the other for outdoor public events to put on railings etc. Their website allows you to enter custom sizes of the banner to suit your needs. My booth is 4ft wide so I entered 4ft by 1ft in the appropriate boxes and it gave me the size I wanted at a low price. They sent my banners out by next day delivery and they came super quick. The quality was exceptional and I will be ordering with them again infact i'm designing a new banner now! They also have a thick hem on the banners which is extremely important as they increase the strength of the banner and prolong the life of the banner when used outdoors.

Getting a new customer on-board is a difficult enough task as it is, right? You had to convince them your product meet their needs before they then committed to that first purchase. Then what happens? How you interact with your customer at this point is vital and often overlooked or ineffective. There will likely be several customers lost between that initial purchase and ongoing retention of that buyer. However, there are ways you can make this process great for your buyer and, in turn, for you.

The on-boarding process is how you welcome new customers to your offering. A good first impression can work wonders, and once achieved, it’s likely you'll gain interest in other products and services you offer too. Also, you want to keep loyal customers, those who stick with you, regardless of the competition. After all, getting a new customer is an expensive process. Marketing your services and converting this to a first purchase is a lengthy procedure.
